I'm not convinced. He used this same 'fact' as a selling point for the Vectra VXR.

M5 owners must have been wetting themselves with laughter at that one...

Pointless, the speed limit is 70.

Thats clarky's sense of humour, sometimes he makes out skodas are better than ferrari's.

I enjoyed seeing the Pagani car, it was a real work of art. And now I know how to pronounce the name properly ^_^

Rest of it was just okay.

I would say it was an OK episode.

Pagani car from the looks of it is a neat set of wheels.

P45 section of the episode was sort of underwhelming in the fact that's been sort of done with the Peel. So half of the jokes were expected. Still, some amusing parts in it.

Hopefully. Next week episode is better.

Returned to the sofa at 10 to watch the Racing Legends show on Colin McRae.

    THAT was good television.

2nd episode was definitely back on good form.

The big trips often work well, but certainly when the cars, scenery and banter take precedence over cocking about it's usually decent. And at least this time when they did cock about (pun intended), you didn't expect it a mile off.

    Definitely enjoyed :)

Ep 1 a bit hit and miss for me. Had missed the new Pagani, very lovely bit of kit that (no surprise there). Rallying the Bentley was impressive to see but not really all that relevant. But I guess the car has been around for 10 years there's not much point doing a normal test and concluding "It's the same but faster", so I guess it was better to make something out of it. The P45 section I found quite amusing but a little cringe-worthy to be honest, but it had my other half in stitches.

Missed Ep 2 tonight, curry tomorrow so penned in for iPlayer on Tuesday. :)
