    Wahoo first post.

Heres a shot of my rig a month or so back:

Its more or less standard apart from the stealthed DVD-rw, and the replacement psu fan. Dont have much planned for it, except to change the face plate for a clear one, and to swap the cpu fan for TT one, and maybe change the cooling for the psu, as it gets VERY hot.

Two lava lamps? Nice effect tho'. Beats the little USB powered light sticks Kustom have available! :D

You really gotta sort that desk out. Kinda spoils the overall scene!

yeah, the desk is knackerd. couldnt really justify a new one as Im home for about 10 weeks per year, so its not worth it, thou dads just got one from work, so hopefully that'll be an improvement.

lavalamps look great in the dark, light the keyboard up enough for gaming :)

Disabled Students Allowance! I convinced them to buy me a 17", and then chucked a couple of hundred of my cash at it and got a 19 :)

Theres only a couple of 7" TFTs that have VGA inputs and they are all import models. They arn't really that ideal for what you want to do, your better off getting a 15" TFT monitor as a second display whih can be had for under £200 new.

Anything over 1024x768 is too small to read on the 7.2" TFT.

800x600, or a similar custom res is your best bet, even with them i had to increase the icon fonts to large and also increase the DPI to 120.

Yeah I know all about it, but its only available in the US, you must import it and its not cheap. A rather famous shuttle mod makes use of it in the front of the case.

    Thats a Mini-ITX mobo.

It isnt for shuttles, as the shuttle systems already come with a mobo.

They have onboard CPU's soldered to the board so they cannot be changed.

Why would you go and buy a shuttle only to replace the mobo with something not as good in comparison????

Unless you mean buying a case from someone who doesnt want it and then fitting one of these into it, the back plate wont go with the board, and a couple of other issues will need addressing.

The back plate on the shuttles is fully changeable.

The fitted one screws onto the chassis, but it dont look like the one that comes with the Epia-M series will snap into the opening, the corners are rounded and the profile of the top is different.
