I just installed Google Chrome 64bit and it feels slighty faster loading videos and some webpages feel snappier. Do I need to download Java and Flash player 64bit as well?

The 64-bit browser should prompt for anything that is needed in terms of Flash and Java.

The 64-bit version should improve things for heavy web applications including video, but loading pages more quickly is not a benefit of 64-bit, in fact benchmarks suggest the opposite. Possibly web pages are snappier because it is a fresh install, but not because it is 64-bit! Emperor's new clothes and that...

Chrome has flash support built-in to it, so no external plugin is required.
