Mobo at fault, need new one

I have been having trouble with random shutdowns and slow response lately so I bought another new stick of RAM (Crucial DDR2 800 2GB) to double the speed but my pc will not work when it has two sticks connected. I have tried other pairs of RAM with no luck but when it has just 1 stick, it works fine.

Current spec.

AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5600+, 2892 MHz

1x Crucial DDR2 800 2GB

Current mobo is ECS (EliteGroup) GeForce7050M-M (V2.0)

Hitachi 500gb hard drive

I'm just after a reasonable new mobo with a budget around £40-50 that will fit all my other components.

Found this one which looks ok

Gigabyte GA-M68M-S2P

Any other mobos that you can refer me to would be great

thanks

that would do fine, also look at the asrock boards as there are good budget boards available and possibly even a higher end board for that cpu as its a few generations old now.
