Lowering Springs
Hi
Ive recently bought a BMW 320 Convertible. im looking for a set of lowering springs. i want the car low as possible but it going to have a large set of rims on it. i was wondering if anyone knew of a good website to get lowering springs from. Also any general information about lowering would be appreciated. cheers |

What size rims? Where you loacted, might be easier to take it to a garage to get the work done unless you have all the kit needed at home.
Compressing springs by hand to fit them is a pain in the ****.

My mate lowered his e30 320I... and ripped the ally sump off the engine on a speed bump.
now from the bmw's I had, they really don't need the suspension screwing up by amateurs.. all I would do is buy the m3 suspension and fit it. it won't affect your insurance either as it is a factory bmw part....

You could always do it the cheap and nasty way - Take a hacksaw to your suspension rings and hope for the best.
