Download monitor?

Hello everyone.. Does anyone know of any freeware available that monitors monthly download consumption?

My friend is on wanadoo and she has a monitor thing. try wanadoo and have a look around there.

samurize does it with a correctly setup config, can monitor, speed, and throughput of any network connections and stuff

I currently use "Netmeter". Free wee programme that does exactly what it says on the tin!
