T-Balancer temp sensors

Just received very promptly a T-Balancer fan controler
This may sound basic but the temp sensors come shrink wraped in clear plastic, should this stay on or be removed to get the correct readings?
Cant find a mention anywhere so hope you gan help

No, you leave it on.
It's there to protect the sensors.
I fitted y T-Balancer yesterday.
All I can say is Wow!!!
My CPU fan is running at 650rpm and my Northbridge is at 1900rpm with a CPU temperature of 42 degrees.
I have to check the lights on the PC to make sure it is on.
