yeah thats pretty much it..
Stuff everything on my server so that it doesnt take up space on our computers and slow them down...
Currenty got 4x 1tb hard drives in there, and a 20gb in there just for Freenas...

so 4tb of storage space which is more than all of our computers put together

whats Freenas?

and this sever idea, has kinda made me want to build one, is it a normal pc, but just with loads of hard drives and has no noise? and can be linked up to the other pc in the house over the internet? as long as they run win7?
