thats the first 'offical' desgin ive seen, tbh, i really dont like it, dont like the colours, dont like the shape, think its quite ugly, and like a diskman

That IS a discman! I've got a TV aerial that looks exactly the same! I hope to God they don't release that..

It looks like a mushroom but its not all that bad plus with the proposed performance are the looks really as important.

I could design a far better one,

If they wanted they could just stick with the current PS2 design, which i like...

I wont be buying one, i'll let me brother do that and then play it for free

tbh i think thay should focus on making it as thin as possibe because thats gonna be a pain to move around. I hope it comes out but i also hope they seriously think about re-desigining it.

WTF is that !!!!

No chance is that the PS3, Sony obvoisly seen sales boom when the slim line came out and will know that small = good.............Massive spaceships that would look out of place in any possible room = bad.

all of the images i haev seen so far look liek crap. why cant they bloody make somthign that looks neet and tidy next to your DVD player/digibox, not osmthing that come out of a christmas cracker.

Anyone else agree with me??

Well yes, I do agree - but all consoles have always looked out of place next to such things. BUT this means they have a chance to change that by making one that does; however people may argue that consoles shouldn't blend in like that, and should be a seperate, outstanding unit.
