The image needs to be on a publically-accessible web server - but not a host that forbids remote image linking, as some of the free ones do.

Let's say your web site is www.froggg.co.uk. You upload the image you wanted to use (myimage.jpg) to the server, let's say to a directory called images. Then all you need to do is add a line like this in your signature:[img]http://www.froggg.co.uk/images/myimage.jpg[/img]Edit: Stupid vB code parsing my example [img] tags. Now replaced with HTML character entities. [ and ] for those who are curious.

Edit[2]: And this time it's auto-parsing my URLs! Bad vBulletin!
