My local Tesco is selling these for £20 a pop, reduced from £99

They come in a bundle box set with a Star Trek Klingon Guard game, a Star Trek poster, a mini joystick thing, and some voice recognition software.

Not sure what they play like but they look cool!

That's the game bundled in the box.

I don't think this is a national Tesco promotion, just a local "whoops we've found these in the back room let's get rid of 'em" type deal.

They had a single pallet load when I went in yesterday morning. Probably all gone now!...........lucky I picked up three huh?

The are packaged as "The Ultimate Sci-fi Upgrade" and appear to have been originally marketed as a bolt on to Tesco's Siemens range of PCs. The contents seem to be all Union Reality (UR) or Microprose.

It was only a quickly done swear filter that goes over the top in places but can be eddited.
