Hi everyone,

I see on kustoms site, that the invertors they sell with neon string makes a slight hum. I'm building two "silent" pc's at the moment, and i'd like to add some lighting.

I'm going to buy some blue cathodes, and i wonder if the invertors for these make noise at all?

I'm considering two bubble lights for the front air intakes, and two pcmods 105's for the inside of the case.

Thanks :)

The cathodes and inverters are silent. I think the hum is specific to Neon string and tape.

Some inverters do indeed make a noise, although all teh cathodes Ive purchased recently do seem to be silent.

i can hear my CC invertor if i put it near my ear, but even then its very very low volume whine noise, and my absolute jet engine of apc would drow it out a million times over
