wheres the option to change the quote just under your name to the left of the posts... mine currently says "new user"

or am I stuck with that until ive made 100 posts or so....

In your User CP at the bottom of the "optional information" section, beneath your birthdate.

But I don't know how many posts you need before this option becomes available.
