or 18 Peroduas :D
I've been working with Bentley on the new 2 door for the last few months (I work in the auto industry). Now that is a car to dream about. Got taken round the test track at Crewe by one of the engineers, to quote the motoring press "fast as a Ferrari, refined as a Roller". Also working on the new DB9 at the moment, happened to mention this to the guys at Bentley. "Oh, that's just a kit car" was the disdainful reply:D

I love the Aston Martin Vanquish. Beautiful car, James Bond associations, etc.
But even if I had the money I wouldn't buy one. Why? Have you seen the c0ckpit? The Vanquish is an abomination on the inside: too much plastic, too many bits and pieces out of the Ford parts bin. Yuck!
That new Bentley Coupe looks sweet though...
As for the Boxter, terrific car (if we're talking about the "S" version). But I wouldn't thank you for a convertible: compromised chassis rigidity, hairdresser associations, local thugs slashing the roof, etc, etc. Give me a 911 Turbo any day.

Ooooo... I take it all back... Get this weeks Autocar magazine - Porsche is bringing out a Boxter COUPE in 2006!!! 160MPH @ 30K.
DRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOLLLL!!!
sod the db7 save even more and get a DB5 or goto the rediculios and get an SC 600. Sure the DB7 in nice but out of all the astons I've had the pleasure of riding in the DB5 takes the biscuit.

The DB7 is old hat now really. I saw one of the net the other day for £35,000 second hand.
