First, it may be that Cooler Master has introduced a special low price for the 201. This has happened before and that time, when Kustom PCs next discussed orders with their distributors they dropped their price too.

Second, it could be a loss leader, they have half a dozen in stock that just aren't shifting and the company concerned have put them out cheap and it also lets then shout about how good their prices are!

Third, if you had seriously wanted to know if they would price match, then only a balloon would ask the public at large, through this forum, rather than the company themselves.

So which are you, a little bit of tongue in cheek and pot stirrer, or a balloon?

Fourth, if you had done this in the forums of any other e-retailer, it would have been deleted and in quite a few of them, you would have been barred (a little draconian that, if you ask me) so it rather illustrates how good Kustom PCs are (as you have tried to
state yourself).

I'm one of the Hardware mods so I could delete this thread but I think, if you want to continue in this vein, open a thread in the Rant forum and let's have at it (without out and out flaming of course - there's a skill to it.)

1. I did email Kustompcs, no reply!

2. I am not a pot stirrer / balloon etc. I just mentioned that a rival company were selling the COOLERMASTER ATC-201 for approx £100 (including delivery).

3. So, you are a Hardware Mod! What do you want me to do? Lick the ground you walk on! Grow up for goodness sake.
I always shop around for PC Gear and so do a lot of people on here. If i find a component cheaper elsewhere by about £30 i will almost certainly buy it from that retailer. I asked Kustompcs if they would match the rivals price because i rate Kustompcs very highly indeed. I would prefer to buy it here.

I could go on but i won't. I am sure that this will now be edited.
Anyway, i await the reply from Kustompcs about my question of price matching

I only mentioned I was a hardware mod because it means I can delete your thread. The point I was making was that I wasn't going to.

Another point is that if you went on like this in some other forums, you would have been banned without discussion (as an aside, I think that would be ridiculous).

You say you did e-mail them and got no response. How long did you give them? And what time of day was it?

What made you think that posing the same question on a public forum would be any better?

By the way, did you e-mail Kustom BEFORE you posted, or after?

Either way, you seem to have given a busy shop a tiny amount of time to respond.

Example:

"My last post to this thread was at least five minutes ago and YOU haven't replied. What kind of response is that?!"

As you say, sometimes the products can be found cheaper elsewhere. If so then go buy from other suppliers, you surely don't expect Kustom to match every price on the net do you?

The main reason a lot of us shop here is because of the great advice and help available combined with the A+ customer service. This is something you won't get at ebuyer, scan, dabs etc...

But hey, it's a free world.

If you don't want to pay extra for the quality service that Kustom provides it's up to you, but nobody else is interested.
