I've got 600k NTL and haven't had any problems. I'm tempted to upgrade to 1mb now but I'm afraid they'll blow my PC up or something from what your all saying

In the house i've just moved out of our connection was down for a week and a half. When we finially got through to someone in tech support, they told us they'd send an engineer over 'in about a week'.

I am NEVER using NTL again. ADSL all the way from now on.

You're probably on the same UBR as me!

I'm in Earlsdon...

My ntl 600k was ace up untill just after christmas. Then I was getting bad pings in games, not that bad you might think, being around th 100 - 200 mark. The lag was worse than playing on a modem.

I upgraded to 1mb in feb to try and get rid of the problem. It actually got worse :( It seems to of settled a bit now, but I still get laggy in games sometimes :(

When I move house in the next month or so, I'm planning on 1 or 2mb ADSL (I'll be sharing with 2 others). No more NTL :D
