Well as I potter around in my French shopping trolley (Clio) my folks are awating the delivery of thier new car, they managed to go into the dealer here last week and got a cancelled order so they are getting a Z4 this month, if you went in now the waiting list in February next year! (car launch is the 19th of this month)

Sometimes I really wish I was 30 as no insurance compnay will let me be a named or even a temporary driver and I soooo wanna go in it lol

You're lucky having your own car. I drove company cars until I was 25. 2 years later I'm on my second car. Less said about that the better. ;)

Is that the 2.5 litre of 3 litre version of the car ??

Just curious as I know someone who was my age 24 and got insured for £950 for the 2.5 litre car....

2.5, but its only costing my mum and dad 400 quid to insure, so they had a rukling on this policy that said any driver had to be 30 :-(

wicked car tho, they could sell it for profit right now, thats just crazy!

methinks the 30 limit is there for a reason, "sorry son, we'd love to let you but..........":)

Look around more for a diffrent insurance company, you may find one that will insure you. Ive just bought myself a 1.6 16v Vtec Honda Civic group 14 insurance and im 18, and I phoned up 10 insurance companys and 9 of them refused to insure me, so I went wih Tesco as the second driver under my dad and were both insured for £550 third party fire and theft :D...hopefully I wont crash the car...

Loay.
