I bought a YY-A102 case when they first became available in Nov 01. Back then they came with a 160W PSU which I found to be very noisy. Since then I have had a few stability issues which I have put down to the PSU as I am now using a normal size case with a 300W psu and all is fine.

What I want to do is use the YY-A102 as a multi-media machine for the living room so I need everything to be as quiet as possible. As the original PSU is noisy and unreliable I am considering purchasing the 200w MicroATX PSU from Kustom however I would like people's opinions to the amount of noise it generates. I believe that this PSU is now standard in the YY-102.

I am intending to run either a low end AMD Duron / XP or a Intel Celeron P3.

Thanks in advance.

It's fairly quiet but not silent.

I replaced the 60mm fan in mine with a 60mm Panaflo and was dead happy with it.

As a matter of interest, what model of panaflo fan did you stick in there ?
