I can hardly type this because im in such ****** Mood
I have ordered a Razer boomslang from Kustom PC's, and I dont have a problem waiting but...........

I just could not wait and seen 12 of them for sale in germany on ebay.co.uk so i went to all the hassle of exchanging my £'s to Euro's costing £3 and Swiftair Insurance £6.00 and the price of the item 69Euro's and bought one..or so I thought!, this is the email I got back after I said I had posted the cash...

Hello there,

we are very sorry, but we are not able to deliver the razer boomslang to
you.

Yesterday we recieved an e-mail that comprised the information that the item
you are interested in is not good enought for beeing sold yet.
There are qualitative defects, so the producer is not able to deliver the
mouse to us. We hope you are able to understandd this.

We are able to offer you admission in our card index. So we will send you a
message as soon as we will be able to deliver the mouse. You may decide
either to buy the mouse or even not. Our information is that the mouse will
be delivered in June or July.

Please let us know if you wish us to send the money back to you or if you
are willing to wait until we get the mouse.

We are very sorry, but we can do nothing else than wait for the item
ourself.

WTF WTF WTF :mad: as you could no doubt tell I ****** flipped. I thought the idea was you sold something you already had..Well if that was'nt bad enough, IF i get my money back I will be out of pocket with no mouse..

WTF is the sorry June-July and qualitative defects, so the producer is not able to deliver the
mouse..
Have you (Komplett or anyone) heard anything about this, had any emails or any contact relating to this.

Ok thats about as much as I can type just now as im just back from working a bar all night and just read my email telling me this..I now have 3 holes in my door,1 cat got killed, the dog got such a kick in the ****** I now call it gobstopper mouth, locked one of the kids outside after throwing him out of bed, the other one is staying at a friends house (I'll get her tommorrow), ohh nearly forgot, killed the wife, she's been asking for it for a while so it slipped my mind...

Rant Over...but punishment will still be administrated:D
P.S KustomPC's do you think you will have my mouse ready b4 the cops come round:eek:

wow, heck - the Boomslang delays are annoying, but please don't let it destroy your life :)

They were supposed to arrive towards the end of last week, but no sign as yet - I'll be looking into this further on Monday morning and try to find out what's going on.

Please be assured we're not intenionally holding things up, the product has been delayed from the manufacturing / distribution end, but as soon as they are available there will be one winging its way to you !

Please dont get me misunderstood I have ZERO problem with you guys Kustom PC's...:D

My rant is with ebay, the german and the boomslang makers.

**However please do check out what the makers say because I think I may have to take up legal action against that german guy,he gave his phone number (which is unreachable)

**If boomslang say (that the mouse will be delivered in June or July.) and or (There are qualitative defects)
then all is well and world war 3 may not start...yet


ps. dont worry the cat didnt die (was just paralised) the dog managed to swallow it pride, further more the wife survived..........again! wot am i doing wrong ?

It's cool, I realise that :)

We'll try and find out what's going on and as soon as we have more info will send out a mailing to all customers with backorders for these units.

Best bet if you're in any concern over an auction is get straight in touch with ebay to at least let them know what's happened so far - I'm quite certain you're not allowed to advertise something on ebay you don't actually have (or at least you're not allowed to give the impression that you do have it...)

Today it is Sunday and we are not beholden to stay in our office. Sorry, but
Sunday is a free day in Germany.

Anyway there was a hint in the description at

that we do not have the item yet. We were not able to tell you, that we have
to wait for the producer ourself, because you allready bought the mouse.

We are very sorry, but nobody in Germany is able to deliver the mouse. It
was not our aim to disappoint anyone. We are able to understand that you are
frustrated but we have no alternative than sending your money back or to
solicit you to be patient.

If you would try to get the item elsewere, you will get no other answer than ours.

Please be fair, we did not do this intentional.

OMG can this be true! the bit in bold, as for the hint, well i never got it maybe due to translation, and as for the "not able to tell you" we were writing emails back and forth for 6 days and at no point did he say "we dont have it!!!!"

Things are looking a little bit better!
This is the last email i got :-

We are so sorry, that we are not able to deliver the "real" mouse to you.
But there is something we are able to do for you because we are not willing
to anger you.

Today we got a prototype of the boomslang 2500. It is not for resale and
perhaps it is not as good as the mouse which would be delivered to us in
June/July, but you can get it from us. We will send this mouse to you and
you can test the product. As soon as the real mouse is delivered to us, you
will get your paid item.

What do you think about this? Should we send the money back to you together
with the prototyp, or should we keep it until the boomslang is ready to be
shipped (June or July).

Please let us know what you want us to do.

ehh thats a lot better think i'll ask for the Prototype for the time being what do you think..any update as to the boomslang with you guys...
