i have not seen any threds on this before so i thought i would start one

i think buffy and angel are the best ever cult series .. exspecialy the newest one .. downloading of imesh

anyone else like this ?

im looking forward to the finial ever ep of buffy

buffy season has sucked since season 6 really

they should have ended the show at the end of season 5
buffy's death at that point would have made a better ending

although it is good that they have brought faith back
provides for more closure with the whole slayer line

Angel on the other hand is way better these days
shame its still not confirmed whether or not it will get a 5th season
but should find out in a few days

i think buffy last season has been very clever .. becasue they was going to end it at the end of season 5 like u say ... but they contuned it as for.. angel they are doing a 5th season ( bbc cult pages)

WB announce its fall schedule on the 14th
at the mo they have not confirmed the fate of angel
Season 4 is going to end in a way that closes this season but still opens the way for a season 5 storyline and it's characters

hopefully the kill cordy and connor

I love Buffy and Angel (although I slightly prefer Buffy)!!
It'll be really odd when the season ends and there'll be no more, ah well, there'll always be angel and a more than likely spin off with one of the characters from buffy.

i wouldnt mind them actually doign the Ripper spin off

might be quite good

Faith the vampire would have been good as we get more of Eliza
but thats not going to happen

think a few of the characters will be killed before the season end

and i think 1 or 2 will move over to angel

just as long as they dont create a show based around dawn
i hate her

and i'm ****ed off that they axed firefly
but was nice to see main characters from that appearing in buffy and angel

but what is going to happen now if angel is confirmed is that the writers from buffy and firefly will join the angel writers and it will be like a mutant enemy super show

ripper has been put on hold unforutanly :( they say if they do do a ripper type thing .. it will be a one of dram film

as for buffy spin off joss said yes there will be a spin off but not sure when

Well its nearly time only 2 more episodes to go before Buffy finishes :) season 7 has been an excellent season and it will be an awesome finale!

I watched season 6 and thought it was excellent, it was certainly different, more mature with a darker content. However it was still good, with particular highlight of course being the fantastic musical episode. However I think what was most excellent was the fact there were no clear bad guys (the trio of dorks couldn't be classed as villans lol) until the end when it is revealed that inner demons are the worst enemy as Willow turns evil :)

I haven't seen season 5 yet, but I just got given it in a form that is viewable on a computer without a DVD drive ;), so I will be watching that fairly soon. I do know that Buffy dies at the end in The Gift, but it would be a bit of a downer to the show to end it completely with her death... although somewhat accurate as all the slayers die ;)

Angel season 4 was a bit of an odd season, season 3 has been the best so far, but season 4 had some interesting info regarding the whole of the previous Angel season :) and it was one heck of a twist at the end! looking forward to season 5, if I can download it on a 28.8k modem ;)

the thing that annoys me about this season of buffy is that there have been so many ****e episodes that jsut seem to fill time

far too many speaches from buffy

they could easily have scrapped lots of the eps and left us with the main storyling and it would have done the same job


still waiting to find out what was meant by the whole
we're going to go back to the beginning thing

LIke mox and fulder after series 3 things go downhill faster than a smack hoor.

the series 1-2 was it as far as im concerned same as the x , genuinely creepy and almost frightening and more polished.

now after the 2nd series the writers , producers and cast just seem to stop producing the goods like professional snooker players they lose their edge and just get lazy greedy.

When you get a big hit from a cult series like this the cast seem to think they can demand trailer treatment like the big hollywood guns.Unfortyunately the curse of the successfull series creeps in , where the cast end up absolutely nobodies and never taken seriously as professionals.

take any successfull sitecom or series ever and see whom has stayed big after cult status , x-files , friends etc just from the nineties , now traverse through the decades right back and see the top 10 successsfull series is the absolute death of an actor.

musical episodes do my nut in , when buffy did it so did hercules , third rock , that 70s show (sellouts after s1) , zena and others the same year.

its unfortunate that buffys conceptor hate the original movie for camping it up and hates it witha a vengence , a couple of years after buffy ends he will be saying the saem about that seeing as how its crap is in his direct control he cant blame the film company this time.

isn't the next buffly spin off gonna star a british b-celeb like Kelly Brook (it's not her, i think, but you get the idea. while were on the subject of her how the heck did she become a big star in the US!! anyhoo...)

I'd love to have seen a Faith spin off but she's doing a show for another network, can't remember the name of it at the moment!

darn i should try and sort out all my SFX magazines! so i look as if i know what i'm talking about :)

they probably changed the name cos americans are not so bright and would think of smack , hence why richard the third became richard because no one had seen the first two duh-true.

'Angel' wings in

Angel has been renewed for another full season, wednesdays at 9pm on the WB, with 'Smallville' as lead-in.

Charisma Carpenter (Cordelia) will likely no longer be a regular cast member, however James Marsters (Spike from 'Buffy') has signed on to join the series, and there is a high possibility other 'Buffy' cast members will appear on the show as well.

Joss Whedon also says that he will write and direct episodes this year.

The WB has the option for a sixth season.

*drool* ELiza Dushku is soooo fine! have to keep an eye out for that one!

wow pretty popula forume:) .. oh by the way the new buffy ep 21 is now avaliable to download .. i have found a website were to download them but im not sure to kustom forum rules im allowed to post it , this site is alot easyer than sharing programs and quicker

Im a huge fan of Spike & think that hes the best charecter in the buffy cast, but Im really not sure how he'll be in the angel cast. I guess time will tell

i think we will be good , he is the same chacter after all , he will still have his witty comments ... i think it will be good ( u never know he may turn bad with a soul ) :P

something big happens with spike in the last ep i believe

and i wouldnt be suprised if he turned bad again when he went over to angel considering what i jsut saw i nthe 2nd last ep

he's a better bad character anyway :)

something that is on my mind though
if we think back to the last ep of ange lseason 1
there is a prophecy abotu the vampire wih a soul
he will save the world from an apocalypse and then become human

we always assumed it was angel that it talked about

but now it has the potential to actually mean spike
mmm - somethign to think about

No I downloaded the 450MB version from IRC ;) I don't bother with anything less than that or DVD rip :)

Angel is a lot better, however i'm a massive fan of both.

The series finale for Angel was amazing looking forward to the return of season 5, although won't be the same without Cordelia, but should be even funnier with Spike in it as a regular ;)

Buffy ended on a high... very good.. however i didn't like the fact buffy smiles at the end, she should be distraught at her loss.

BTW guys, if you have to get your episodes via download do it proper, tacky rips from IRC/Web are not the way to go, it's spoils the program watching it at such a low quality.
