the one time i am waiting upon an important email from someone, blueyonder's entire email system decides to go balls up.

it's been slow for the past few hours but since about 4 this afternoon, nothing.

this is so typical. i have been with them for over a year and this is one of the few times where i was entirely relying on my email working instantly, AND IT'S NOT!!

what about a lack of email reply about a hack from one of their employees , would that not pee you off more.

I'm on their broadband but use yahoo for email & an alternative news feed because both services are so crap

this is unbelievable.

this is the 3rd day now without any email from blueyonder.
one of the largest ISP's in the UK with thousands of subscribers and it takes them 3 days+ to fix their email.

i managed to get 1 pathetic email from them yesterday. it took a good 2-3 mins to download a single 15k email, and that was 2 days old.

news released today - an large torrent of spam has killed off BYs email server completely :rolleyes:
