there are 2 matrix films out this year i believe. this one was originally going to be february but is now may, and the 3rd was going to be november. the 3rd one has probably been pushed back a little as well.
could be a december release to compete with the final Lord of the Rings movie.

Anyone Downloaded the Ultra High (http://whatisthematrix.warnerbros.com/rl_cmp/trailer_final_1000v2.html) quality trailer yet?
I just want to know what kind of specs a system would need to play it smothly?
Not for old computers, this file is nearly 100MB and has a resolution that far surpasses DVD. Pulled right off the editing Avid, this 1000x540, 24 frames a second, progressive version of the trailer is easily among the highest resolutions being offered for download anywhere.
OMG I cant wait for these films to come out! Just got the trailer even tho it took ages (damn my inferior ISDN connection!)

yes, i have. it's the same one i posed just with a different source. it looks very nice although i wouldn't say it looked better than a good quality dvd on a decent player.
i would guess something like a 500mhz would play it.

Yeah but the 6 disc game which you need to complete the plot will be out and keep you occupied until christmas :).
I've become uber geek for Reloaded, Ive booked the day off work so I can play the game n watch the film lol
Can anyone confirm that the release date in the UK is now the 23rd and not the 16th

Well i have no idea where i got the 16th from but either way i wont be able to see it till the 26th :( and will have to suffer all my friends going on about it till i see it.

Warner Cinema's have the first showing on 21st!!!
Once on that wednesday i believe...
Although I am definately considering waiting till 3/4 June so I can see the animatrix first...
Half-organised the day so far. Watch the matrix and animatrix, pizza then to the cinema to watch matrix 2 :D

My new local ciniema in Saltcoats is got it advertised for the 21st and the 22nd!
I've got my ticket booked for the 21'st showing too!! :) at least it's local enough for me to go to the miovie then go for a drink and still get home intime to sober up for work :) without a massive taxi fare :)

these seats will no doubt have to be booked cos it will be packed

I Just found out that Ch5 is showing "The Matrix" and "Final Flight of the Osirus" on the 21'st
now trust them to show it at the same time as the new movie!!
gotta get my comp set up as a PVR so i can get a copy of the "Flight.." :)

didn't see that on the Five's website!
I used DigiGuide to find out what time it was being shown :) it's a lot mor reliable thatn some TV channels's websites :)

Yeah, that is digiguide... but it was through the five site. Five must use it in there's or something... yaddi yadda!
My friends have already managed to book their tickets for the UGC in Glasgow for the 21st and are taking great joy in reminding me about it:mad:
