I know it's not real programming but I wonder if anyone can help?

I've set it up to report when I get an e-mail and it does so very well. How do you cancel it until the next time. I've opened Outlook, downloaded and read the e-mail and closed Outlook but it keeps telling me I've got mail and it's the same e-mail?

sorry, can't really help you, but shouldnt this be in the software section anyway?

Is it because, you've got the box checked in the MSOE settings, that leaves a copy of the e-mail on the server?

Or because it's sat in your Inbox and you haven't deleted it?

or you have just glanced at it on it is still there

change your read setings in outlook express to 1 miniute instead of 5 mins

Not sure how to do it , I imagine there is some option in the advanced section under actions , its been a long time since I've used it :(
