We like Lian Li cases, and evidently Lian Li appreciate their own cases too, as they keep inventing more models.
Joining the ranks this week are a selection of varied cases, the first being the PC-8 FI (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000003.pl?page=search&PR=-1&TB=A&SS=pc-8fi&ACTION=Go!). Not quite replacing the long-standing the PC-7 model, the PC-8 pitches in with a similar sized case but with the bonus of many of the tool-less installation features previously seen in the PC-P50 such as tool-less PSU clamp, tool-less PCI card retention as well as easily populated hard disk and optical bays. 5"1/4 drive bays have been reduced in order to increase hard disk capacity or to allow more airflow to the graphics card area if the upper hard disks are left open. PC-8FI is available in black (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1583.html) and silver (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1582.html) models with solid side, or red anodised finish (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1584.html) with Spider window panel design.

The Lian Li PC-C50B (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1585.html) is 'slightly bigger than a usual MicroATX but slightly smaller than a usual ATX' sized HTPC case. So it accepts a MicroATX motherboard, but a full size power supply and still has room for 4 hard disks and a proper cooling system of 2 x 140mm fans. It's a good all round bet actually - since the onboard graphics on many modern Micro boards save power and are up to the job of playing back HD video so the smaller form factor often suits media PCs and home servers.

The Lian Li PC-Q11 (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1586.html) is a tiny tower, right up the street for users who wanted a PC-Q08 but felt they would prefer fewer disk bays in favour of better direct ventilation for their performance mini-ITX system.

The PC-V354A (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000003.pl?page=search&PR=-1&TB=A&SS=pc-v354&ACTION=Go!) is an ultra-short tower - since we can't really call it a cube like it's predecessors - which will house a MicroATX motherboard and pretty much any graphics card you can find, up to 350mm in length. It's ideal for a LAN system with no performance compromise and the cooling system is pretty good too. It's available in silver (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1589.html), black (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1590.html) and red (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1591.html).

The PC-B25S (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1598.html) is a low-noise variant, with pre-fitted soundproofing, fan controller and noise reducing ductings fitted to the fans, plus the same tool-less features introduced in the previous PC-B25 model.

All of these cases now feature USB3.0 compatible front-ports for maximum speed throughput for new storage devices, such as the Adata USB3.0 16Gb Flash Drives (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_5437.html).
We've added some further accessories too, including PCI-01 (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000003.pl?page=search&PR=-1&TB=A&SS=pci-01&ACTION=Go!) tool-less card retention kits in silver / black / red which can be fitted to existing Lian Li cases with suitable mounting holes, PI-01 (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000003.pl?page=search&PR=-1&TB=A&SS=pi-01&ACTION=Go!) vented plates in silver / black, more USB 3.0 adapter kits (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000003.pl?page=search&PR=-1&TB=A&SS=pw-i&ACTION=Go!) to fit existing cases and the quite excellent T-LM25B-1 top cover for PC-7FN and PC-60FN (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1144.html) cases which adds 2 x 140mm fans elevated above the usual case roof point along with a new set of IO ports including USB3.0.
