Well... difficult one. Being from the Cardiff area, and in Uni there (should I say here:confused: ) means I try to follow all their results. I should try and get to some of the games but then there's the Soul Crew...:(

I've spent quite a bit of time in Portsmouth over the last few summers and now watch them aswell. Have been to Fratton park a few times and its a great atmosphere.

Now... I know this one will cause a storm of "you don't live there" quotes but I've supported Manchester United since I was a little boy. And yes, I've been to Old Trafford :)

Im a devoted Spurs season ticket holder, which isnt easy believe me.

The emotions you can go through in one match (in computing terms) include

Getting your new super fast rig working first time
Modding it so it looks amazing
Blowing the whole thing up
Realising it works again
Blowing it up again
Tryng to fix it, it boots...
Then explodes into millions of tiny pieces.

Must be strange being a spurs fan.

I mean you have had sergei rebrov on the bench for ages yet he persists to play sheringham upfront.

Its like having a porche in the garage but only using a skoda

FLiX
13-02-2003, 17:18
That is a VERY touchy subject amongst us spurs fans!

Yes, Rebrov was amazing at dynamo, but never really produced in the premier league.

My view was that no matter how bad the teams you are playing against, scoring in the CL is not easy, and he should have been given more of a chance by GHod, but there must have been a reason he didnt play.

Now that him and Ferdinand are gone, we should have the money to bring in a new striker, but with iversen (who is sh*t anyway) and keane possibly out for while, we are going to have to rely on teddy (brilliant on his day, but he doesnt have his day often any more) and calamity doherty (who isnt a striker, at all, not even a little bit)

Oh well, another season of mid table mediocracy

we have an awful manager and a team low on confidence, certainly an emotional rollercoaster.

Division 1 mid table mediocracy - we've never had it so good....

Chelsea for me.

Been following them since the days when Ray Wilkins was still called "Butch" and still had hair ... and used to bang in 10 a season for the Blues as an attacking midfielder before he perfected the art of the square ball at Man Utd.

My grandfathers went to watch Leyton Orient and Brentford for years ... (why ?)

Just like to wish the Clarets all the best for tomorrows match at Watford. Last time they got this far they broke our hearts and got hammered 5-1:(

i support the best of course....Manchester United! but only because at the time of choosing a team, Take That was my fave band and they were from Manchester mainly. Sad i know but the team stuck, did well and they aren't half bad looking either!

I have been a spurs supporter for bout 12 years. Been a bit tough but at least this season we have got off to a good start, even though we can't beat WBA or Norwich.

Oh well, doin better than United neways.

Yeah we have had a ****e start to the season and although alot of it is due to the missing players that is no excuse for some of the poor performances that some of the players have been putting in.
