Sound proofing or window kit? Sometimes a tough choice, but it's interesting to note that CoolerMaster's 110 window panel seems to dampen some of the vibration sound over the standard 110 panel with no window.

So there you go, quiet and good looking !

Any else have experience of this?

Metal is denser then plastic so it will transfer noise more quickly and efficiently.

Plastic is an insulator as such to sound, especially with air bubbles in it.

i kitted my shuttle out with paxmate .. i must say .. i aint impressed with it .. ok .. it was nice and cheap .. but i didn't actually notice any difference

would much preffer a window

(hint bloody hint PeeJ) :D

Darren theres no air bubbles left in all the bubble wrap at my house, i love popping all the individual bubbles lol.

This will cause your case to heat up a LOT. Put a sheet of bubble wrap over your chair and sit on it. Very warm.

I have paxmate in my chieftec and dont notice any difference either :/
