Hi all,
Quick question - I've had a look around on Google and in the Kustom PC's shop - but I can't find what I'm after.
Basically - I want to extend the cables on my creative GD580 5.1 speakers:

So I need a male to female lead.
The jacks are strange though, they're only 3mm dia. (I would upload a picture from my phone but I don't have the lead on me), and they're resessed back into the jack head.

Anyway - I was hoping someone with similar speakers, or who knew what I needed would be able to point me to a place where I could get some.
I need 2x 4.5metres though - which, I know it quite a lot, but it's to extend the two rear speakers around my room.

Thanks all!

P.S. I have just moved house and don't have a net connection - so I'll try and check back as soon as I can (probably tuesday)

If it uses the same speaker connection as my 2.1 Creative speakers then you'll want a phono extension cable.

Edit: You could get http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_3577.html and http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_3549.html.

Make your own??? To practice just use any random old wire and use electronics tape to attach to the male head. Once through trial error you haven't learnt where the different signals are transferred get some high quality stereo wire and replicate what you did with the cheapo wire
