cpu fan

hey i need some help. recently my cpu fan has started this sort of constant clicking when it is going. being into cars and bikes and that it sounds like bearings scraping thats the only way i can describe it.

im not sure wether i can change my fan on it or wether i can change the whole heatsink???????????

You can usually just swap-out the fan. What cooler are you using?
