We've had a few internet outages over the past couple of days, with today the connection down from 6am until 3pm - thankfully we're running now and have managed to get orders downloaded by moving our server elsewhere, so most items should ship today as normal.
If you've recieved a bounce message when trying to email us, please forward again and we'll attend right away - I'm catching up on messages now.

Could it possiably be your DNS sever going down? I had this problem last week with Demon. We're now using openDNS on our network.

I don't think it would be a DNS issue since the router was not able to get a connection on the line. It seemed to affect quite a few people in the area on different ISPs so I think it must have been a local issue.
Who's your ISP, out of interest?
Oddly enough, your mail/web server IPs ultimately come from a Co-lo company's IP block.. Though it sounds as-if you host them on the premises?

ISP is freedom2surf at the office. Website is hosted by KDA Web services (co-located / managed) but the email is handled by Exchange server at our premises.
