Poor packaging on 4870

Just bought a 4870 and was disappointed to see that the card was free to move back and forth inside the box because there was no foam packing.

How much would a foam spacer cost??

Minimal packaging is all the rage since ruddy greenpeace did their Green Company rating thing and waved their fingers at anyone who had nice packaging (ala, Apple...), but yea that's a little on the lean side...
