Guy's i've been looking around for speakers for quite some time now.
Finalled it down to 2 that I'd be interested in buying.
Either Logitech Z2300's
or
Acoustic Energy Aego M's
Does anyone have a pair of either of these speakers?
If I haden't seen either speakers I would of gone with AE, But I've seen the Logitech's in a shop in germany, and listened to them, they sounded pretty good.
If you was in my shoes what one would you go for ?
Thanks :)

Personally, I'd take the Logitech speakers. I had the THX 2.1 setup a few years back and they sounded (and still do, connected to TV/PS3/360 now) fantastic.
Not familiar with Acoustic Energy, so can't comment there, but I use Logitech Z-5400 speakers, and am most content.

Heh, I bought the AE's in the end. :p
Read a few more reviews, see a lot of reccomendations of the AE's over Logitech, an I prefer AE over Logitech as a Speaker company.
:)
good choice - thats what I would have suggested. The aego m's are fantastic (I have a set) and they can seriously knock out some quality sound at higher volumes - especially considering the size of the speakers. And the base is pretty impressive even without flicking it onto a higher setting.

Wow.
These are good.

Wow.

Told you
AE are audio specialists (years of experience) who I have never heard of mentioned in regards to customer service or logitech who are regarded as having the best customer service when things break - wouldn't it be better not to break in the first place, I'm forever hearing logitech things breaking and my experience of logitech products isn't exactly good either. :)
I bought Aego M's after like looking for a decent 2.1 pair for a couple of weeks. Get a decent soundcard and some of your old mp3s as flac and your away! :D

Sorry to bump this thread again but Im absolutley thrilled with these speakers!
Im not sure if I've become more of an audiophile or what, maybe I've grown a new set of ears:p but I thoroughly enjoy listening to these speakers, the sattelites are so crisp, an the woofer is so accurate. Im more pleased with these than I was when I purchased my Jamo & Denon kits:) Oh an Distortion isn't an issue, or at least not yet, only gone half way, still breaking them in :D
I doubt I would have felt this way with a pair of Logitech Speakers. Im proud of these!
