Yikes they dont hang about! Let's hope it's not just a bit of a graphical refresh. I'm hoping it has been in development a while already, I thought games usually take a min of around 2 years to develop?

Unfortunately, now that it's rooted firmly in the world of consoles, EA has proven that game releases can happen as often as you change your socks.
And, AFAIK, it's only using the same engine as CoD4.
Not sure how/why they intend on porting it to the PS2 though...
I hope they go back to WWII in this one! I loved CoD 1,UO, and 2, but all the rest I just didn't like...

I want it to be a mixture of WWII and Modern Warfare. Like flashbacks to ancestors typo thing.
WW2 set in the Pacific environment seems to be what the game sites are saying!
Death to WW2 games! :'(

I do hope they dont go back to WWII or such like, id really like them to move COD5 on about 30 years or so and make it sorta modern/future weaponry.
A fully fledged Pirate game would be this shizz IMO :D lol
But hopefully it'll have vehicles in the MP, and less linear gameplay, so hopefully a futuristic remake of UO
