mCubed pointed out this one-off system they built for a customer, featuring 10000 hand-placed crystals on the casing. It involved a re-design of the casing and about 100 hours of work in placing the crystals.

The HFX Micro is available through Kustom PCs, although we just stick with the conventional sans-crystals models. http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/mCubed_HFX_Micro_Passive_HTPC.html

I dont see what the fuss is about... my kids could do that in minutes...

cover case in glue... tip sparkly crap on it... pour away rest when glue dries...

the sparkly crap would have been hand placed too!

The blunt truth is though - £375,000 or not - in two years time it won't run any decent games in anything more than low/medium detail.

What a waste.

The guys, or gals that actually buy this crap actually deserve to have it stolen from them...really, they do.

That is actually quite a good idea lol If I ever buy one as in the standard case I may cover it in glue and sparkly bits just to see whether there is a significant difference :D
