Hi Rob,

KustomPC's if you didn't realise is a shop from pc modding and various bits. I'd reccomend contacting the guys... http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Contact.htm and seeing if they can help. If it's just the acrylic that's cracked maybe just get another sheet and replace it.

I know this might seem a bit complicated (for a newbie - sorry but all you new lot seem to not be reading the rules) but as Kustom is a shop and the rules state no linking/suggesting of competitors (which any pc store selling acrylic would be) the only place we can really suggest is KPC.

And it just so happens that they do in fact sell acrylic side panels in a range of colours - linky (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Window_Kits.html)

If you want it now most hardware stores sell massive sheets of clear perspex.

I meant how do I get the original sheet. It has holes in for screwing down to a metal frame, and for mounting extra fans. I don't know if this is a standard fitting or not.

any help?

Hi,

Don't know how good you are at DIY but shouldn't be to hard to recreate the panel really!

send the whole case back or try and get icute/the supplier to replace just the acrylic - not a lot else you can do if you're not prepared to do it yourself.

That there's your problem really. How an earth, in 2007, can you not be able to send it back?

There are a million and one ways of getting it back....

Welcome to the forums LongRob

Unless you're prepared to do some DIY on a standard piece of perspex from Homebase/B&Q - or wherever, or you can't just buy the side panel on its own... your options are limited.

You could contact iCute themselves (host@casepower.com.tw), and ask if replacement windowed side panels are available for it?
And if they are... where can you get them from in the UK?

But tbh... seeing how cheap they are... you might be better just buying a new [UL01] case!?
