hi i need some ideas for a new htpc case.
all i want it for is to house my gigabyte motherboard, it will be on onboard graphics and sound. i dont need tv cards or nothing extra as it will be for playing music and dvd only.
i would like a small thin case so any ideas would be great?

I am guessing it is a full ATX mobo hence you are stuck with a relatively standard size case (they are generally designed to accomodate a graphics card as you would normally).

Thinner cases are only really an option for uATX / mini-ITX motherboards.

I think his motherboard is u/m-atx as its got onboard graphics, usually onboard graphics mean smaller boards (yes there are a few larger ones) but I suppose until we get informed which board it is all we can do is guess.
