The cut out guide i was given to mount the Vapochill LS to the PC7, stuck it on with some tape from work

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/P9305216.jpg

Sadly the drawing i was given for the suction line cutout and mount holes was copied at the wrong size and in my hast i had gone and cut the base. This made it of no use at all. So thankfully with my job i have acess to material and tools to make a new base. So into work i went with my case

See how far out it was, partly my fault for not checking but meh!

Reason why we hate any aluminum work in my work place

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB180413.jpg

AS you can see, ity looks new! It's not been drileld or riverted back in place yet, will do it in next few days once i've check it's spot on but it looks it so far. Took me 30 mins to do it all, making sure it was neat.

The frame is made with one sheet and is bent into a U sorta shape, on the end folds i just ground it flat till it was a thin and a line apears, there i was able to tear it off, it was that thin and with the heat off the grinder.

There is a little bit of tidying up to do on there along with other cuts fo9r other things before i got and shot blast it then powdercoat it.

Guess i saved my self having to get a new case!

I've had too for the backplate as i have an a Singlestage, Auto C & cacascade to fit on the CPU.

I also like very clean lines and good air flow so making it nice clean is very very importnat to me.

Been on it again. Oh and Photobucket stinks!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB210422.jpg

The base has now been joined back on. The rivets stick out, the sides fit, they have a slight bend so i might grind the tops off or just leave as. Bend is only there if you right up too it!

On with Vapo LS case mounting holes and cutting!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB210432.jpg

I had a moment of madness

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB210443.jpg

This was cut with a 4'' 101mm angle grinder with a flex 50 grit grinding pad. My boss watched me do it and was very shocked! I shocked my self!

Just to give you guys an idea some of the stuff we do at my place....

Upper Arttict Link - AKA Hocke Stick. All solid milled Ti £1700 to polish em! 42 min a month at my site!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB210461.jpg

Europ Fighter Main Fitting, left - AKA EFA L (R fot right). Again milled but it's cast then machined on a speed mill, some super custom steel that! Name has chnaged on this unit now which makes my job hell!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v604/corsapete/Lian-LI%20PC7/PB210462.jpg

This area should be spotless but due to high volume we've dumped it there as good in is stacked with parts! Blue unit to right is the shot blaster for doing blades, evil machine. Cleans ya teeth for ya! 90% of that is EFA, rest are samples of new stuff such as othert links IE Kanno and Carden Pins.
