Just got this ( yesterday, a day before it was out...score! I'm preordering everything from Play, if they keep that up! ) for the Wii and it's freaking awesome!

For those not in the know, it's basically a diving game. You swim about, look at fish, find "treasure" and teach dolphins tricks.

Maybe it's your kinda thing, maybe it's not, but I love it.

Anyway, the point is, you can add your own music via the SD ( no playlist support, I'm afraid, just pick an MP3 from the card and play it ) and after a little experimentation I found some songs that worked wonderfully for diving:

Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah
William Basinski - Disintegration Loops II ( thou it makes me very sleepy )
Royksopp - So Easy ( thou it makes everythng seem a bit more panic-y )

I'm going to try some BT ( espically This Binary Universe stuff ) and maybe some Tool.

So, any suggestions for good diving music? I doesn't need to be ambient / mellow ( in fact, tonight I plan to try Dragonforce - Through The Fire And Flames, partly in preperation of Guitar Hero 3 Wii ).

You could try Origional score tracks from movies...

or basically anything by 'William Orbit', Vangelis, even Enya :)

depends on your mood.

I've heard good things about this game and was pondering getting it! A nice game to chillax to with a beer and a smoke!

So it's really pretty cool? You have to keep tabs on your pressure depth and stuff? Havn't seen a good review of it yet.

Fortunately ( or unfortunatley, depending on your outlook I guess ) it's not as complex a game as to involve worrying about pressure or anything. You do have a "limited" air supply, but even after some marathom 40minute dives, my tank was still just under half full.

Basically, you use the Wii-mote like a TV remote to point where you want to head, and hold B to swim there. ( There is also an "auto-swim" button to save you holding B down ( - ) ). You also get a camera, with variable apperture ( f2.8 - f8 ) which is just too much fun. You can also hitch a ride from dolphins and whales.

It is an immensly relaxing game. Unless you put Propellorhead's OHMSS on, then everything seems really sinister...

I flat out love this game. For less that £20, you can't really go wrong. There's not much challange to it, but it's fantastic for just sitting back and relaxing.

Ok, picked this up and am liking it!

Has anyone tried that Dive together thing? Could be worth a shot, I'll find out my friend code later and post it up if anyone fancies a dive :)
