Why did it win so many you ask? If you own a Wii you should know this one!

How come bioshock is game of the year but didn't win any other awards???

Yes - definetly some dodgyness going on there.

Why 'strategy' and 'simulation' are in the same category I have no idea, they are two completely different genres.

Does anyone know if this will be televised in the same way last years was? God, that was awful:

Let's get all of T4's "hip and trend" presenters to make joystick = penis jokes for 2 hours and the occasional interview with some "celebrity" whose never been within a hundred feet of a console tell us how they are too busy for games these days, what with writing their new book, available at all good book stores for £12.99, and the DVD of the tv series from the book out now, but loved Mario.

Maybe I should move that bit to the rant section :(

ok crackdown got an audio award?! for what that annoying repetative beeping sound when you lose armour?!
bioshock is litterally leagues ahead in terms of audio how the HELL did crackdown beat it :S

Agreed, as much as i love Crackdown and have (1250/1250 GP from it) Bioshock's audio is truely immersive, really flows with the game and sucks you rite in.
