Asus A7N8X nforce2

Woohoo! Finally got rid of my manky ECS K7S5A and replaced it with the A7N8X. :D
I was also able to chuck out my two network cards and sblive as it's all onboard now.

Anyway, back to the point, with this board I've now got 11254 points in 3dmark 2001 compared to about 9200 with K7S5A while keeping everything else the same. In fact, the new one temporarily has an old 14gb disk in.

Now I just need to reinstall all the programs again... :mad:

me too just bought an asus a7n8x, 256 pc3200, amdxp2200 and a radion 9700pro all at default settings no overclocking and i only get 12589 3d marks.

ill need to get tweaking a lot........

hit 13711 today getting better all the time.

once i hit 15,000 + ill be happy but i doubt if ill ever see it . maybe.
