what is mailwasher? probably have to set your mail client in Mailwasher's options

Mailwasher is spam reduction software. I have been on their forums which say its a confiruation issue in the mail client.

are you on about mailto:xyz@xyz.com type things.

If yes, I think you just need to define the default email client, I know mine do it automatically.
