I've Got A Rover 214 With A K8 Engine,but Every 6,7 Miles It Will Keep Cutting Out But It Will Still Tick Over At Idle Speed,but When I Go To Pull Off Again It Will Splutter Like Theres A Fuel Starvation.can Anybody Help Me I Will Be Gratefull Thanks.

Water in the carb float bowl (if it has one)
Change the filter and drain the carb.
Reboot and run.

Yep, suspect fuel filter, collapsed fuel line/hose, blocked injector or carb depending upon what it has, maybe a sticky valve if you're unlucky...
