I enjoyed the moive i thought it was a nice movie, one of the ones where u can just sit down enjoy and dont have to think to much about it.

I saw it at the cinema couple of weeks ago, great fun, doesn't wear down much at any point, and you don't have to figure too much out. I thought it was a really good movie, better than a lot of computer game to film transitions, better than tomb raider anyway, or am i the only one who thought tomb raider was pretty poor and the slow motion running of angelina jolie the only vaguely interesting bit in it? And does anyone else like Mario Bros. the movie, with Bob Hoskins and Dennis Hopper, or is that just me again?

Nope, not yet. Mario Mario and Luigi Mario have not reached the perfect quality of the DVD fromat as yet, but if we pray hard enough to the gods of plumbing, maybe, just maybe, we'll see them grace our dvd players sooner rather than later.

My god this film is crap - the zombies in Micheal Jacksons Thriller were more convincing! Imported this title on DVD from the states as it was on DVD there same time it was at the cinema here.

This is ANOTHER poor game to film conversion. I really hope they never make Deus EX the film if this is the sort of crap the studios come up with.

Deus EX god if that game was ever made into a film i'd gouge out my eyes with spoons. Resident Evil was just another predictable game to film conversion saw it on divx months b4 it hit UK. Yet again kazaalite saves me and my mates a trip to cinema :cool:

The film writes for Deus Ex have already been brought up. Its a pretty good story line, could end up with a matrix style cross I recon.

Resident Evil was a movie of the game and as such was quite good.

It was tonned down a lot compared to what it could have been.

It is a zombie movie and as such would have great problems being original. Zombies rise, solders (or civies) get traped by them, fighting their way out and people getting munched on.

I think the question should be, how close is the film to the game and to my mind it is pretty close.

I enjoyed it. Cant wait for the next one (Nemesis). Empty city with the dead walking and only a shotgun for protection. Mind you I loved the old Zombie movie where the survivours were all inside the shopping mall (Day fo the dead ??).

I've got the movie at home on DVD so I will confirm teh name for you tonight. :D

Being free to roam a shopping mall and the only price is that most of the rest of the world/USA has been turned into zombies, tempting. Think of all the fun..... with just the odd zombie to kill every now and then.

I think I would have made my living area a bit nicer though.
