Kustom PCs is proud to be the first in the UK to sell the new Steel Series Steelkeys 6G Gaming Keyboard (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_3025.html)
http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/3025.jpg
This keyboard feels as if it's been designed with gamers in mind. Have you ever been playing a game and pressed three or four keys at once only to find that the fourth key didn't register? This is typically because keyboard manufacturers don't think beyond CTRL ALT DELETE. The 6G differs in this respect, allowing for a maximum of 8 simultaneous key presses, when the used keys are divided evenly across 4 different sectors in keyboard.

The keyboard also comes with a set of alternative grey keys, these can be swapped with the black ones to highlight keys that you use often, which can be handy if you've ever had to look down at a keyboard and quickly place your fingers on the right keys. While we're on the subject of cutting edge gaming equipment, the new controller of the decade has finally arrived for any driving sim enthusiast out there. The Logitech G25 Racing Wheel / Pedals / H-shift. (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_4734.html)
http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/4734.jpg
Yes, that's a clutch pedal, and yes, that's a 6 speed gear stick! Logitech have really pulled it out the bag for Christmas this year, and they've done it in tasteful style. The leather steering wheel and gear stick give a quality feel, and the pedals are stainless steel. We can imagine a lot of people making their own bucket seat simulator for this, so we've put them on pre-order, they'll be available on the 27th of October, but we're expecting heavy demand for these, so pre-order now to be first in the queue! Another new keyboard already making quite an impact is the Saitek Eclipse II Purple / Red / Blue Keyboard (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_3039.html)
http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/3039.jpg
The keyboard is fresh looking and different in style from it's predecessor the Saitek Eclipse (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Kustom_PCs_Shop_Keyboards_20.html#a3076). Rather than restricting you to choosing your colour when you buy, the board can change through three different colours. The use of this is unintrusive, but as most gamers know, nightime comes around fast, and before you know it, you've been gaming for 3 hours in the dark, but it didn't matter because your keys were perfectly visible thanks to the backlighting. This is also a good keyboard for anyone who hates the noise of a keyboard, silent keys mean hours of fatigue-free use. More info... (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_3039.html)

Another quiet product just to hit the shelves is the Nesteq Nova 600W External Silent PSU (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1750.html)
http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/1750.jpg
Boy where to start with this monster of a power supply. Computers are continually getting more and more powerful, which in turn need higher capacity power supplies, usually at the trade off of more heat and noise. Nesteq have gone for a very clever combination of Semi fanless and external ambient cooling. By removing the PSU from the cramped confines of the computer case, cool ambient air is free to flow around the unit, and the semi fanless design ensures that under high load, some active cooling is present at a low 18 dBA. This also leaves more room in the top of a case for any water cooling radiators or modifications to be made. At 600W this is a serious force to be reckoned with, and should be on every quiet computing shopping list.More info. (http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/info_1750.html)
