Is anyone elts having problems with video output on the Eden Boards? VGA out is fine but composite and s-video is poor, s-video is a little better. One problem I have is even though the TV system is set to PAL in bios the board always goes to NTSC with composite but stays as PAL with s-video. Will a PCI graphics card sort it or have I a faulty board?

Dunno, I get very poor output from the composite but the S-VHS/S-video isn't that bad, although reds bleed (happens on most gfx cards anyway with tv out).

I would suggest updating your BIOS to the very latest version, as this solved my NTSC/PAL changing over.

Your not alone in the poor image quality experienced from your board, some users report poor output, others good. Try the bios update, ALL the latest graphics card drivers, a better S-Video to scart cable (your cable can make alot of different, believe me!).

It could me a fault with some boards, if this is so theres a hell of alot of faulty boards. I think alot of it also may be something to do with some TVs not giving a good picture and others are. When I get my digital camera I'll post some pictures of my eden hooked into teh TV and the output it gives (including test pictures showing the bleeding).
