Sorry everyone
Just had some information that an on-line friend i've known for nearly 5 years may have died.
His name on-line was "JH-c_l33t"
I knew him as "Jack".
We chatted via e-mail and msn, nothing great just girls, music and movies.
but he could kick my ass on CS and most other on-line games.
He was from "Enfe" in the North of Lebinon. I just found out he went south 2 weeks ago to help out in the rescure of people cought up in the current situation.
A few other friends in common who knew him have not heard from him, He is as western as we are in terms of computers! He'd have a panic fit if he was away from some form of communication for longer that a weekend!
I am worried as well as others who knew him. But hearing what has happened in the past 2 weeks in the South of Lebanon where Jack was heading everyone fears he is no longer with us.
I hope to GOD i'm wrong,
I've been in a crap state for the past few days trying to find out anything, but things are not clear, and i'm learing that people in some groups are not helping matters! some don't care about what is hapening, although to be honest a few months ago i might have been like them, but knowing people who have been effected makes the world a much smaller place!
No matter who people are we have to care about life, FIRST!
sorry all for writing this! i hope to what ever god their is, i'm just wrong! that i'll get a message from him tomnorrow, or the next day, telling me of his adventure or probably how he got scared and ended up in a house untill he could get back to a comp....
I hope to whatever power their is that he is there, helping people and just keeping safe!!
For the people i've tried to talk to and they have igonred or rebufed me all i've got the strength to say is that i pitty them...
If the biggest worry is what part you are going to buy for your computer then i feel glad and sad for you. The world is so big and diverse that things can seem very small.
This is a good site and people!! careing and helpful. this is not an attack on this site!
