You should be aware of the following news story (http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=6426) regarding eBuyer's trading status.

I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing from ebuyer in the near future UNLESS they intend to use a credit card for payment (which will insure you in the event of non-delivery).

Please note, this thread is intended for information purposes only. We take a dim view of competitor-bashing (no matter how large) so please keep comments relevant.

I will of course remove/update the thread, if and when the exact situation is clarified.

Wow, my friend works for ebuyer, they've just moved to the Leeds facility, but there is news of staff leaving as they kept all the Sheffield staff on they have to commute a fair way!

The new warehouse/stock system is quite amusing apparently I've been told.

Maybe you should buy your components from a company with an excellent reputation and fan base.

Hint - You're on their forums!

It's a vicious industry.

Looks like cpucity are gone now too.

From another forums I visit (sorry its another competitor of yours so i wont mention their name), they said that the margins of Ebuyer's were shockingly small on everything they sold, so it's no wonder they're getting in to financial trouble.

Ok.
Seeing as this rapidly turned into an eBuyer-bash, I'm locking the thread for now and will delete it after the weekend.
