Project: Pink Palace

Well my g/f has been complaining to her mum about her Pc being sh!t so i said wright give it me i'll upgrade it for you, and she said she wants somethign similar to mine except for not black and blue, pink, so i said ok i'm going to upgrade, spray it pink, and give it pink neons etc.

Should be good, atleast she will be proud of it, the case its in at the moment has a plastic front, how would i go about spraying this?

Give the plastic casing a mechanical key - i.e. sand paper to it - nothing too evil 120grit + just to smooth it out and give it a slight texture - then spray it with a couple of plastikote spray paint primer for plastic - then top coat, then clear coat - making sure it is all compatible with one another of course.

EDIT: AND DON'T FORGET THE WET AND DRY!! NO ORANGE PEEL!!

Ok thought so, i was going to sand the case as it was because it looks like tis been attempted to be sprayed before so im going to give that a light sand, so with the plastic nice ligyt sand get a good texture going on it then spray this plastikote stuff a few times, then pink and the laquer it yer?

Hey there fireblade yup, ive been away fro a while busy setting up my HTPC, should really made a log of it, yup ive gone back to being a novice again well thast how it feals, ive been focusing on inside my machines more then the look lateley and ive had a few ups mand downs but some good results.

I will start coming back more often here don't you worry, oh yer theres a nifty little featur called 'search' i shoulds've used it lols

I've seen the Hello Kitty lappy before, and it rocks. The shuttle one is quite a looker, but the one in the middle is a bit garish.

I'd say I was looking for the girlfriend, but in truth, pink is my fave colour, so I'd love a pink PC.

I was going to get a few layers of vinyl and make up a Hello Kitty face for the right side door.

But I have to wait until my current system dies...I don't have the heart to relegate it just yet...

I like the first on but the middle one looks like it's part of the barie range.
