Hi peeps,
I have another problem with my system:\
Looked at the the myguard software today and it was showing that my VBAT voltage is low, it reads it as 2.37v in the BIOS and 2.38 in MyGaurd Software when its actually meant to be 2.60v - 3.50v.

My PSU is a Jeantech Gold 450Watt and all I have running on it is 1 DVDRW Drive, 1 ATA/133 Drive, AMD 3400 Clawhammer at 2.25Ghz, 2x512mb sticks of 400Mhz ram, 1 Soundcard, a neon ata cable running off 1 molex, a 2 hdd cooler running off 1 molex, and 4 cathodes running of 2 molex's in total I think I have 8 Molex connections, Im not using them all but I think I have only 1 or two run-offs.

Thanks in advance
Jason

Some far fetched imagination will remind you that as the name suggests, the vbat is the bios battery.

As we all know, voltage outputs from batteries start to dip when they're not they full selves anymore.

If it bothers you that much, replace it, if your BIOS settings are still intact when you switch on, then I wouldn't give it a second glance.

Also I don't think it could be my board as It is only a few months old, I didn't have the problem with my old psu, I have rescently upgraded, the psu was only £40 so it could be the cause

Right, After getting rid of I.E7 Beta 2 and gettin McAfee working again my cpu is alright now so I went to overclock a bit more:), I had a fiddle around with my voltages in the BIOS but it didn't do anything, So i Just reset it, now its fine  :) back to 3.10v again :D

Bootup05, no hard feelings, but I can see you doing something silly sometime soon and wrecking your system. So be aware if I was you.

Oh Yeh, get a graphics card soon to ;).

Why  , because I stupidly got McAfee back or is it cos Im trying to overclock more on stock cooling, or jus fiddling around with my voltages  , I was carefull :p , Read up on it before I tryed :)

or maybe its cos I get beta versions of products..Which will probably give me bugs, learnt that now tho :D

On their own... any one of the things you've mentioned there ^^^, has the potential to cause problems!

A combination of them all... especially in inexperienced hands =
