DVI to Component out on STD TV

I have an Asus A8N-VM-CSM Motherboard that has onboard GFX. Asus sell a tv out module for it but it cannot be had anywhere!

Is there anyway I could connect my DVI connector on the onboard GFX to the component output on my standard TV or to an RGB Scart ?

If the answer is yes, where could I source such a cable in the UK?

dont think it will work with just a "cable".. dvi is digital so i think you need a convertor box... if you can get a vga-rgb cable and mess around with a program called powerstrip i dnt c why it wldnt work... cant say iv done it but i know its possible...
