Could anyone tell me if the screenshot in dis attached file is next gen graphics :confused:

Nope.

The trees are rubbish, the textures aren't that detailed and the vehicles themselves don't look particuarly high poly.

that looks pretty much like GT4... maybe even GT3.. tbh i would hardly call it "next gen"

speaking of next gen anything...perfect dark zero...this game would be the only reason so far that i would even touch an xbox 360...cuz everyone knows perfect dark for 64 is a classic and all perfect dark games after that have my interest

And that's 'in' game?

I doubt VERY much it will look like until HDtv comes in fully, these console companies love making all the hype up.

From the 'real' in game perfect dark screenshots i've seen, the game looks damn awful, nothing near as nice as HL2 or Q4

Well, PD may not look incredibly awesome on 360, but then again, ive never really cared how great a game looks as long as it's not running HL1 graphics... (and I still play HL1 on occasion).

And all in all, PD would be maybe the only console FPS I would ever touch...because I don't like gamepads unless I'm playing an RPG or Racing.

all HDTV is, is just higher res tv.. game graphics are already far past the resolution of TV's.. dont tv's run like 800x600 or something?
meh, i know it's basically higher res, so games now are already like.. there, right?

Take a look at Oblivion screenies, especially the forrest screens, the graphics on that game are some of the best I've seen.

Yeah the PC screenies look awesome too.

Maybe this is the game to get me into RPG's :D

Oh, and as far as Unreal anything goes, I'll gladly wait for Unreal Tournament 2007 for PC...a well worth it wait being I love and will continue to play UT2k4
